Not everything creative needs a brief. This section exists outside of client work, deadlines, brand guidelines, and approval rounds. It is where I think freely.

Through hand lettering on canvas, digital illustration on the iPad, lambe-lambe prints, and tattooing, I explore typography and visual expression as a practice in itself. Most of these pieces were created for no one in particular, and some found their way to collectors and clients who connected with the work organically.

For about two years I also worked as a tattoo artist, bringing lettering and illustration to skin. It was a different discipline with the same foundation: craft, intention, and a steady hand.

This is the work that keeps everything else honest.
