Shootings
Directing a video production for a skincare brand starts long before the shoot day. Casting, product selection, mood definition, social media concepts, location scouting, and choosing the right photographer or videographer are all creative decisions that shape the final result as much as anything that happens on set.
This selection features two productions directed for Mantecorp, both part of a consistent output of four to five shoots per year developed within the client's in-house team. The first was shot on location at a house with a pool, built around a summer mood and the full sunscreen line. The second was a studio production focused on the launch of a new stick format, a daily use sunscreen positioned to function almost as a makeup product.
Every element in both productions was defined and directed by me, from the first casting call to the final frame.
